The Tucker family have owned and managed residential rental properties for over 65 years and have actively managed properties in Gainesville for over 16 years. The owners work within six blocks of the properties and are responsive to service requests. The Repair and Maintenance team is led by full time employee, our Director of Operations, Mr. Herman Southers. He has decades of relevant experience and Johnson Lawnmowing Service tends to the grounds every 2 weeks. In addition, Arrow Exterminators and Godwin Extermination Services promptly addresses any pest problems.
